Technical selection support before you order
A bellows regulator for specialty gas lines and point of use outlets where repeatability and a precise outlet pressure matter, such as ICP spectrometer supply, shielding gas and chromatography support gas. The bellows gives a wide range of precise outlet settings in a compact body: versions of 1, 3 and 10 bar from a 50 bar inlet, with nominal flows of 2 to 3.5 Nm3/h of nitrogen. Bronze bellows, or AISI 316L on the stainless version, G 3/8 or 1/4 inch NPT ports, rear inlet as standard, and an acetylene version rated 20 bar inlet with a 1.5 bar outlet.
