Choose the nozzle by where the hose has to go: straight is the default, 90 degrees keeps the hose in to the wall, 45 degrees sits between, and the inclined handle helps where the tap is awkward to reach. Specify G1/2 where the pipework demands it, the fine adjustment valve where the setting must be precise, and a point of use regulator where the pressure is set at the wall, down to 0.01 bar on the S20-0.1.

What is a user point?
A user point is a fixed gas outlet on a wall, fed from a piped supply, that provides a controlled outlet where the work happens. A plain wall tap opens and closes the supply. A pressure reducing user point also sets the outlet pressure at that position. Which one you need depends on whether the pressure for that bench is set at the wall or further upstream.
What is a fine adjustment valve?
A fine adjustment valve is built so that a large movement of the handle makes only a small change to the flow. That lets a low flow be set accurately and held there, which matters for instruments and burners that will not tolerate a coarse setting. It is a flow control rather than a pressure regulator, so it does not hold a pressure against changing demand.
Is there a difference between a gas tap and a gas valve here?
On this range the two words describe the same job at the outlet: opening, closing and throttling gas at a work position. Tap is the laboratory term for a handled outlet fitting, and valve is used where flow control or pressure control is the point of the unit. The specification rather than the name tells you what any given unit does.
