The ultra low outlet member of the dual stage range, regulating between 0.01 and 0.1 bar from a 200 bar cylinder inlet, built from the S 20-0.1 low pressure regulator with combined piston and diaphragm control. It is made for pure, inert and slightly corrosive gases that need a very stable, sensitive, low outlet pressure, with a nominal flow of 0.5 Nm3/h of nitrogen. The rear thread allows wall mounting, and a needle valve or stopcock can be fitted at the outlet. The diaphragm is AISI 304 and oxygen service is brass only.
