Request a quoteA single stage regulator for corrosive gases in ultra high purity applications and research laboratories, with a threadless, springless design against contamination risk and a low dead volume so the regulator purges properly. Inlet pressure is 200 bar with outlet settings of 3, 15, 25 and 50 bar, the diaphragm is Hastelloy, the seat PCTFE, and the helium leak rate is 3 x 10-9 mbar.l/s. The stainless steel version is suitable for oxygen at inlet pressures up to 30 bar. It panel mounts on the rear thread, and a shut off or needle valve can be fitted at the outlet.
