Request a quoteA packed type cylinder valve for high purity, corrosive and toxic gases, rated 200 bar with a 6 mm orifice and Cv 0.9. A sturdy two piece stem reduces particle generation, the lower spindle does not rotate so tightness holds through the valve's life, and there are no particle shedding threads in the gas wetted area. Self adjusting V packings on disc springs cover -40 to +65 C, a left hand locking nut secures the mechanism against over torque, o-rings behind the packings give a secondary seal that keeps humidity away from the wetted area, and the soft seat gives low operating torque and is fixed with a special screw for robustness. Bodies in AISI 303 or 316L stainless steel, brass CW617N or ASB, marked to TPED.
