Request a quoteA cylinder valve with a residual pressure device, which combines a residual pressure function with a non return function so that when a cylinder is emptied and disconnected a minimum pressure stays inside and nothing gets in. That keeps dust, moisture and corrosion out of the cylinder and guards against particles escaping on disconnection, extending the cylinder's service life. In line versions hold about 1 bar and off line versions about 3 bar, with 3 bar guaranteed at the maximum flow setting, the seat is designed to protect the sealing o-ring in operation, and the device is tested to 100,000 cycles under ISO 15996. Available across the industrial range in 200, 300 and 450 bar versions, in brass or chrome plated brass.
