Request a quoteThe CR-31 is a push button regulator for calibration gas cylinders, used for bump testing gas detectors where the operator needs to release gas at a known constant flow for as long as the button is held and no longer. The flow rate is fixed at the factory to the figure your detector procedure calls for, anywhere from 0.1 to 8 litres per minute, and the outlet pressure is 4.1 bar. The inlet is the 5/8 inch by 18 UN thread used on C10 calibration cylinders and the outlet is a 6 mm taper. Maximum inlet pressure is 83 bar and the inlet gauge reads 0 to 103 bar. Body, cap and button are nickel plated brass with a brass piston and Viton, Buna-N and PTFE seals, the brass version being for non-reactive gases. It weighs 0.33 kg.
