A ceiling suspended drop unit with two outlets in U distribution format, bringing the gas down to the working height from above rather than up from the bench. Overhead supply keeps the bench surface clear and the hoses off the working area, which is why suspended units are common over island benches and in laboratories where the bench layout changes.
