The tied diaphragm, springless regulator of the higher flow RX platform, spanning Cv 0.15 to 1.1 with outlet pressures of 2, 4, 7 and 10 bar and inlet ratings up to 240 bar depending on configuration. The body is AISI 316L with a 316L VAR double melt option to SEMI F20, the seat is PCTFE with Vespel, PVDF and PTFE alternatives, and electropolished finishes to SEMI F19 UHP grade are available. Cleanroom assembly and a serial number on every unit apply here as across the whole range.
