Request a quoteCheck valves from the same Rotarex range as the bellows valves, for standard, high and ultra high purity and corrosive gases or liquids from -196 to +250 C. Seat sizes run from 8 mm rated 200 bar with a 1 bar cracking pressure through 12 mm at 200 bar, 20 and 32 mm at 100 bar, to 50 mm at 45 and 30 bar, plus CARS 12 and 20 versions rated 10 bar. Outboard helium leak rate 1 x 10-10 Pa.m3/s, across the seat 1 x 10-6 depending on size, gas and seat. AISI 316L body, seat PCTFE or Vespel, nickel head gasket, electropolished finishes to Ra 0.25 micron.
