Request a quoteA pneumatic tied diaphragm line valve with a soft knife edge seat, rated 200 bar with a 4 mm orifice and Cv 0.25, for ultra high purity gas distribution where the valve is switched remotely. Welded diaphragms give the leak tightness, the tied diaphragm keeps the gas wetted volume small, there are no moving parts in the wetted area and a secondary seal keeps gas from the actuator should a diaphragm fail. Threaded M4 weep hole for a leak detector, panel fixing front and back, optional pressure relief device. AISI 316L body, marked to TPED with nominal pressure and flow direction.
