D604 Manual Line Valve

A manual tied diaphragm line valve for ultra high purity gas distribution, rated 200 bar with a 4 mm orifice and Cv 0.3, welded into the line to the relevant standard. Welded diaphragms give the leak tightness, the tied diaphragm keeps the gas wetted volume small for easy purging, there are no moving parts in the wetted area to shed particles, and a secondary seal keeps gas away from the actuator if a diaphragm ever fails. Combined soft and metal seat with low permeation, M4 weep hole for a leak detector, front and back panel fixing, open and close indicator available. AISI 316L body, marked to TPED with nominal pressure and flow direction.
