Request a quoteAn oleo pneumatic tied diaphragm line valve for ultra high purity gas distribution, rated 200 bar working pressure and up to 240 bar for filling, with a 4 mm orifice and Cv 0.3. Connections are butt welded or welded with nipples to standard or customer definition. Welded diaphragms for leak tightness, tied diaphragm for a small wetted volume and easy purging, no moving parts in the wetted area, a secondary seal that keeps gas from the actuator on diaphragm failure, and a combined soft and metal seat. M4 weep hole for a leak detector, panel fixing front and back. AISI 316L body, marked to TPED with connection and seat material.
