The pneumatically actuated packed type cylinder valve for high purity corrosive gases, rated 200 bar with a 2.8 mm orifice and Cv 0.25, for installations where the cylinder is opened and closed remotely. It shares the packed valve principle in which the gas does not reach the operating mechanism, so the valve stays free from seizure in corrosive service, with replaceable internal parts and a low internal volume for inert purging. Bodies in AISI 303 or 316L stainless steel, aluminium silicon bronze or brass, marked to TPED.
