D304 High pressure 4mm orifice Valve

A manual tied diaphragm cylinder valve for ultra high purity, corrosive, reactive and toxic gases, rated 200 bar with a 4 mm orifice and Cv 0.35. The tied diaphragm keeps the gas wetted volume small, the combined soft and metal seat gives a low permeation rate, and there are no particle generating threads in the wetted path. The spindles are mechanically linked for positive operation, a threaded weep hole allows leak testing and pipe away, and a pressure relief device and an open and close indicator are options. Body in AISI 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C22, Nickel 200 or Monel, marked to TPED.
