D354 Oleo-Pneumatic Soft seat 4mm orifice valve
D354 valve with oleo-pneumatic actuator is designed for keeping the highest level of gas purity. No particle are generated thanks to its tight diaphragm technology. Commonly used for ultra-high-purity, corrosive, reactive and toxic gases, its oleo-pneumatic actuator increase the seat closure force.

Soft seat with a metal back up for low permeation, minimal gas wetted volume, no particle generating threads in the gas path and mechanically linked spindles for positive operation. Body in AISI 316L with Hastelloy 2.4602 as an option, threaded weep hole for leak testing, optional pressure relief device, marked to TPED with connection and seat material.
