D337 Tied-diaphragm seal Low Pressure 8mm orifice valve

A manual low pressure cylinder valve with an 8 mm orifice, rated 45 bar with Cv 0.7, for ultra high purity, corrosive, reactive and toxic gases supplied at lower pressure. Backed up welded diaphragms give the leak tightness, the gas never reaches the operating mechanism, and reduced dead space makes purging easy. No particle generating threads in the wetted path, mechanically linked spindles for positive operation, an M4 tapped vent for a leak detector, optional pressure relief device and open and close indicator. Body in AISI 316L, Hastelloy C22, Nickel 200 or Monel 400, marked to TPED.
