D342 Dual Port UHP valve Soft seat 8mm orifice valve
D342 low pressure valve for Ultra-High Purity corrosive, reactive and toxic gases is designed for keeping the highest level of purity of the gas, thanks to the tied diaphragm technology. The D342 dual ported valve has two outlets marked “LIQUID” to withdraw liquid phase and “VAPOR” for gas phase.

Request a quoteA dual port 8 mm low pressure cylinder valve for ultra high purity, corrosive, reactive and toxic gases, rated 45 bar with Cv 0.55, the second port serving liquefied gas withdrawal. Backed up welded diaphragms give the leak tightness, the gas stays clear of the operating mechanism, reduced dead space makes purging easy and there are no particle generating threads in the wetted path. Mechanically linked spindles, M4 tapped vent for a leak detector, optional pressure relief device and open and close indicator. Body in AISI 316L or Hastelloy C22, marked to TPED.
