D387 Pneumatic actuator Low Pressure 8mm orifice valve
D387 low pressure pneumatic cylinder valve for UHP, corrosive, reactive and toxic gases is designed with the tied-diaphragm in order to keep the highest level of purity of the gas. Its 8mm orifice size allows a high CV value.

Backed up welded diaphragms provide the leak tightness, the gas does not reach the operating system, reduced dead space eases purging, and the wetted path has no particle generating threads. M4 tapped vent for a leak detector, optional pressure relief device. Body in AISI 316L, Hastelloy C22, Nickel 200 or Monel 500 K, marked to TPED.
