D389S Oleo-Pneumatic Soft seat 6mm orifice valve
D389S UHP cylinder is designed for keeping the highest level of purity of the gas. The seat closure force is increased thanks to its oleo-pneumatic actuator. The tight diaphragm technology allows no particle are generation in the gas wetted parts.

Request a quoteAn oleo pneumatic 6 mm tied diaphragm cylinder valve for ultra high purity gas, rated 200 bar with Cv 0.55, where the actuator raises the seat closure force beyond what a handwheel gives. It carries the 6 mm family's high flow at high pressure, combined soft and metal seat, minimal gas wetted volume and thread free wetted path, with mechanically linked spindles and a threaded weep hole for leak testing. Body in AISI 316L or Hastelloy 2.4602, mechanical and electronic position indicators available, optional pressure relief device, marked to TPED with connection and seat material.
