Request a quoteThe 6 mm manual tied diaphragm line valve, rated 200 bar with Cv 0.5, for ultra high purity distribution lines that need more flow than the 4 mm D604 passes. Welded diaphragms for leak tightness, tied diaphragm for a small gas wetted volume and easy purging, no moving parts in the wetted area to generate particles, and a secondary seal that keeps gas away from the actuator if a diaphragm fails. Combined soft and metal seat with low permeation, M4 weep hole for a leak detector, panel fixing front and back, open and close indicator available. AISI 316L body as standard, marked with nominal pressure and flow direction.
