Request a quoteThe 6 mm oleo pneumatic tied diaphragm line valve, rated 200 bar with Cv 0.5 and welded connections to standard, for ultra high purity distribution lines that are switched remotely and need more flow than the 4 mm valves pass. Welded diaphragms for leak tightness, tied diaphragm for a small wetted volume and easy purging, no moving parts in the wetted area, and a secondary seal that keeps gas from the actuator on diaphragm failure. Combined soft and metal seat, M4 weep hole for a leak detector, panel fixing front and back. AISI 316L body as standard, marked to TPED with connection and seat material.
